Cinderella is basically a rite of passage in our house. My daughter went through a phase where she wouldn’t wear anything unless it was sparkly blue.
I spent hours printing these out when she was home sick last winter. Funny how a box of crayons and a classic princess can buy you a solid forty minutes of quiet.

We gathered a bunch of different scenes for this free collection of Cinderella coloring pages. You get the glamorous ballgown moments but also the messy scrubbing the floor ones.
I think kids actually like coloring the mice just as much as the princess. Grab the blue markers and let them go to town.
Your kids will also love: Princess, Ariel, Moana, Elsa, Jasmine.
Highlighted Cinderella Coloring Pages
Looking at the Stars
Here she is in the full ballgown under a starry sky. The castle is right there in the background looking all magical.
My youngest always wants to color the stars yellow right away. It’s a great page for practicing coloring big sweeping dress folds.
Looking Hopeful
This one has her in her work clothes holding a broom. She’s looking out the window while little birds fly around her head.
There are even a couple of mice by her feet. Kids love trying to color the tiny birds without going outside the lines.
Looking Out the Window
Cinderella is leaning on the windowsill just staring out at the castle. You can see the winding path leading right up to it.
I really like the framing on this picture. It gives you a chance to color the stone texture of the window and the soft trees outside.
Making a Dress for Gus
She is sitting at a wooden table making a tiny shirt for Gus. He is standing right there on the table holding the thread.
I think this might be my favorite scene from the whole movie. The details on the spools of thread and the fabric folds keep older kids focused.
Putting on a Necklace
Cinderella is getting ready for the ball and putting on her choker necklace. She is standing in front of a big fancy mirror.
You can actually see the pumpkin carriage waiting outside her window. It’s a fun mix of indoor furniture and outdoor scenery to color.
Reading a Book
Here she is sitting quietly on a park bench reading a book. She’s in her big dress and the carriage is parked behind her.
I don’t remember her reading much in the movie… but anyway. It’s a really peaceful scene with nice big spaces for toddlers to scribble in.
Scrubbing the Floor
This is the messy part of the story. Cinderella is down on her knees scrubbing the stone floor with a brush.
There is a bucket of water and puddles all over the place. My kids usually color the dirty water brown or green which is honestly pretty accurate.
Sewing a Button
She is sitting in a chair focused on sewing a big button onto a dress. There is a little sewing basket sitting on a table next to her.
This one is pretty simple and cozy. The curtains in the background give you an excuse to use some bright colors to contrast her dress.
Tips for Coloring Cinderella Coloring Pages
Silver and Glass
Coloring glass slippers is honestly kind of tricky. If you just leave them white they look unfinished.
I usually tell my kids to take a light blue crayon and just lightly shade the edges. Add a little yellow starburst for a sparkle effect and call it a day.
That Iconic Blue
Everyone reaches for the standard blue marker for the ballgown. But if you have a big box of crayons try layering them.
Start with a light sky blue and then use a darker blue for the shadows in the folds. It makes the dress look heavy and expensive.
The Mice and Messes
Brown crayons usually get ignored until it’s time to color dirt. But Jacques and Gus need some love.
Try using a mix of tan and light brown for the mice. Actually a really light grey works better if you have colored pencils.
Blonde Hair Woes
Yellow crayons can be violently bright. Nobody really has highlighter-yellow hair.
When I taught first grade I’d show them how to mix yellow with a tiny bit of orange or light brown. It makes her hair look more natural.
Night Skies
A lot of these pages happen at night or near the castle. Coloring a whole sky black with a marker will just ruin the paper.
Trust me on this one. Use a dark blue colored pencil instead and leave little white circles around the stars to make them glow.
Backgrounds First
Kids always color the princess first and then get bored. The background just stays… blank.
Try getting them to color the walls or the trees before they even touch Cinderella. It totally changes how the finished page pops.
