How to Submit a Takedown Request (DMCA Notice)

- Identify the Material: The specific URL(s) on our website where the infringing material is located.
- Your Contact Info: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can confirm the removal with you.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf (typing your full name at the bottom of the email counts).
